TAX

This is designed to overwhelm. But all the information you will ever need and more is but a cut and paste away.  Long story short my sons do not pay tax, i do not pay tax, we are not U.S. Citizens, neither do we volunteer.  If you have been a follower for a while you have seen me show you his paystubs. It didn't say 00.00 it was blank under federal taxes withheld. i assure my son is not conversant with ALL the info in the family guardian link. But he know the important parts. More important than all of this, know your maxims. Study maxims. Make this part of the grammar stage with your sons and daughters. This is LAW not statute.  This fundamental law that applies to all mankind. 

26 USC isn't even positive law. It applies to a special class of people of which i am not part. Neither are you statistically speaking, most Americans are not but how do "they" (IRS etc) know that if you swear you owe them tax on a 1040 or other form signed under penalty of perjury? Of course they assume you owe tax you swear you do, and you never told anyone who matter that you weren't consenting. BTW, according to UNITED STATES Crewton Ramone is a living individual whose consent is considered to be of record. Let me give you the extremely abridged version:

Agency.
We are all free agents, imbued with Unalienable God Given Rights (UGGRs). i may not take from another without their consent. Taking from another without their consent is called stealing. i do not have that power and neither do you. NO ONE does. Therefore we can not give that ability or power to another, not one other or a group of others or any organization or a corporation or a government or a government masquerading as a government.

God made men and men made government. You are considered consenting although that consent was obtained through fraud you have never complained and silence agrees. This is why they go to great lengths to get you to volunteer, equity does not aide a volunteer.

So you must un-volunteer. However, that doesn't mean you just stop paying taxes. There is a process and paperwork to be done. There are contracts to void. So educate self on contract law. Then educate sons and daughters. Homeschoolers should spend MONTHS on this. "Contract Law for Dummies" is a good START.

  THE 10 MAXIMS OF NATURAL & COMMERCIAL LAW  

The foundation of the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) is Commercial Law.

The foundation of Commercial Law is based upon certain universal, eternally just, valid, moral precepts and truths.

The basis of Commercial Law is the Law of Exodus (i.e., The 10 Commandments) of the Old Testament and Judaic (Mosaic) Orthodox Hebrew Commercial law.

The Laws of Commerce have remained unchanged for at least six thousand years and form the basis of western civilization, if not all nations. This law of commerce therefore applies universally throughout the world. In the Laws of Commerce, the eternal and unchanging principle of the law are:

1. A workman is worthy of his hire.
2. All are equal under the law (God’s Law—Moral and Natural Law).
3. In commerce, truth is sovereign.
4. Truth is expressed in the form of an Affidavit.
5. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
6. An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce.
7. An unrebutted affidavit becomes a judgment in commerce.
8. He who leaves the field of battle first (does not respond to Affidavit) loses by default.
9. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility.
10. A lien or claim, under commercial law, can only be satisfied by:

- A rebuttal Affidavit of Truth, supported by evidence, point-by-point.
- Payment.
- Agreement.
- Resolution by a jury according to the rules of common law.

Real Commercial Law is non-judicial and is prior and superior to, the basis of, and cannot be set aside or overruled by the statutes of any government, legislature, governmental or quasi-governmental agencies, courts, judges, and law enforcement agencies, which are under an inherent obligation to uphold said Commercial Law.
